I’m in town on business and it’s been relatively tough finding a place worth the price, that until I found Norman’s. I’ve been to Norman’s American Grill twice now, and it’s been excellent both times. I tried the burger and the shrimp tacos — both were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service really sets this place apart. Ben and Elisabeth were both fantastic ~ friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They even went out of their way to help with the parking situation, which made the whole experience stress-free before I even sat down. Great food, great atmosphere, and truly great service. I’ll definitely be back.

The service that was provided by Gian was the best I’ve seen. He was attentive to every need that we had all night. Queen Elizabeth and Nas made us feel welcomed as we were here for the first time. We had a little snafu and it was handled with ease by their management! Absolutely would recommend to any family looking for a comfortable place, a couple looking for a lowkey spot, or anyone wanting to catch the game! Best experience and most caring staff to ensure our time was well spent!

AMAZING!! Elizabeth was AMAZING. Best server. Took great care of us on Super Bowl Sunday which is a busy day! Amazing service, amazing attitude, amazing person! We love queen Elizabeth! Would 10/10 recommend:))

Great food, great service, and great vibes! Queen Elizabeth was fantastic. First time in Miami and we will definitely be coming back and visiting Norman’s. Made the wife’s birthday a wonderful experience.

Elizabeth is amazing! Juliette is awesome too. This bar/restaurant is top notch. If youre in Miami, you HAVE to come here. No doubt. Food is good. Drinks are good. They deserve a raise!

I want to leave an excellent review for Elizabeth at Norman’s. From the moment we arrived, her service was outstanding—very friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel truly welcome, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Talk about exceeding expectations! 👀✨ This place was great; the atmosphere is sport's bar, but the food is high quality - everything tasted great. That salmon with the lemon and herb seasoning was perfect. Golden and crispy, but just perfectly moist in the center; went with the veggies, and the rice and beans, and it was the best salmon dinner I've had in a while. 👌 Very cool place. It was recommended by the Monte Carlo staff, and they didn't fail the mission. 🫡🌟

We just finished a great meal at Norman’s. Our server, “Queen” Elizabeth was very helpful and the food came out super fast. She’s the best! I had the Cobb salad with chicken and my husband had a burger. Both were great. Drinks are excellent and everything seemed reasonably priced. The neighborhood has a great vibe. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Miami.

Great food and drinks, really enjoyed everything. The atmosphere was great with music playing and it wasn’t too busy, which made it even better. The service was top quality — our server checked on us throughout our visit, making sure we had drinks and that our food was good. Would definitely come back again!
